脱氢乙酸，是世界卫生组织（WHO）和联合国粮农组织（FAO）批准使用的防腐保鲜剂，是水溶性产品，适用于脂肪含量较高的食品保鲜。
Dehydroacetic Acid is one of preservatives approved to be used by WHO and UN FAC. It is water-soluble and is suitable for food preservation of high fat content.
