Key Features:

The three-axis servo manipulator is used for automatic position adjustment of special-shaped sheet metal workpieces and can work in coordination with the automatic grinding tool;

The flexible grinding control system combined with the robot algorithm realizes the interpolation control of each axis, and can realize continuous automatic multi-level grinding of multiple surfaces of shell-shaped workpieces in one clamping;

It can be equipped with a visual measurement system to automatically measure the dimensions of the workpiece and automatically generate the grinding program.
