Multihead Weigher Workflow

The weighing method of combined measuring can achieve fast and  accurate weighing.PLC or MCU combine the weighing results,to select the one closet to the target value.The weighing hopper of the combination is opened,to feed the material into the timing hopper or directly into the packing machine,complete a weighing process.

Application

It is suitable for weighing of granule, slice, roll or irregular shape materials such as cereal, pasta, candy, seed, chips, coffee bean, nut, puffy food, biscuit, chocolate, pet food, frozen foods, etc. It is also suitable for non-food industry such as screws, bolts and plastic components.

·   Multi-language HMI available.

·   Automatic or manual adjusting of linear feeding channels according to products difference.

·   Load cell or photo sensor to detect feeding level of product.

·   Preset Stagger dumping function to avoid blockage during product dropping.

·   Production records can be checked and downloaded to PC.

·   Food contact parts can be disassembled without tools, easy clean.

·   Remote control and Ethernet available (by Option).
