Working Procedure

Materials should be filled on the vibrator feeder then be lifted by Z type bucket converyor to the top on the multihead weigher.
The multihead weigher will automatic weighing according to preset tart weight.
Target weight product drop into the bag former of VFFS machine where the packing film will be formed and sealed.
Finish package will be delivered to check weigher where unqualified weight will be rejected while the qualified will pass to metal detector.
The package with metal contaminant will be rejected when go through the metal detector. The qualified package will be allowed to get through and be collected by rotary table.
Workers will pick the packages from rotary table and put into paper carton or other outer packages.

Features

The full set of packing equipment is fully automatic operating from material feeding, weighing, filling and bag-making, date-printing to finished product output.
High weighing precision, high production capacity.
In any condition the door is opened, the VFFS machine will stop running and alam to ensure safety.
Film in roller can be locked and unlocked by air. It's convenient for replacement of the film.
