以食品用酵母为主要原料，在酵母自身的酶或外加食品级酶的作用下，酶解自溶（可再经分离提取）后得到的产品，并富含氨基酸、肽、多肽等酵母细胞中的可溶性成分。根据需要可添加适量辅料进行调配，也可在生产后期增加美拉德反应工艺，属于食品配料。
Using Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae)as raw material, through enzyme inside yeast or additonal food grade enzyme, after Autolyzed and separation, contains the solution part inside the yeast like Amino Acids, Peptides, Nucleic acid. It may contain other ingredient to adjust, and process by Maillard reaction in the later stage.
