该系列包装机能完成称重计量,充填等工作.由于采用边称重边充填的设计,适用于包装精度要求高的,或密度不均匀的,流动性好的或者流动性差的粉末,小颗粒物料,如蛋白粉,药粉,粉状添加剂,淀粉,固体饮料,白砂糖,味精,兽药,葡萄糖,碳粉,爽身粉,染料,香精香料等.
主要特征
全不锈钢结构；组合式或开启式透明料箱，无需工具即可方便拆洗。
伺服马达及伺服驱动控制螺杆。
气动夹袋装置和托架装在重量传感器上，根据预先设定的重量进行快速和慢速充填，高反应速度的称重系统，保证高精度得以实现。
PLC控制、触摸屏人机界面显示，操作简便。
两种工作方式可切换，定量式和实时称重式，定量式速度快，精度稍差一些，实时称重式，精度高，速度慢一些；
各种产品调整参数配方可储存，备后使用，不超过储存10个配方。
更换螺旋附件，能够适应超细粉到小颗粒等多种物料。
